Ownership
Through the compensation for the merger given to the former owners of Veritas Mutual Non-Life Insurance Company they will be shareholders in Aktia. The compensation will be given successively as the owners submit necessary information to Aktia. As per 21 September 2009, 5,773,367 shares of the total of 6,800,000 series A shares had been distributed to 50,975 new shareholders in the company.
