Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we inform that Stiftelsen Tre Smeder's ownership of Aktia plc has decreased to under 15.00% on 21 June 2011. Following the transaction Stiftelsen Tre Smeder now holds 10.46% of Aktia plc's stocks and 18.52% of voting rights.

Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we inform that Aktiastiftelsen i Esbo-Grankulla's ownership of Aktia plc has decreased to under 5.00% on 5 May 2011. Following the transaction, Aktiastiftelsen i Esbo-Grankulla now holds 4.88% of Aktia plc's stocks and 5.92% of voting rights.

Notice pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act: Life Annuity Institution Hereditas holding of Aktia plc has risen above 1/10. On 26 January 2010, the Life Annuity Institution Hereditas owns a total of 6,714,220 shares and 45,970,234 voting rights in Aktia plc. Thus the Life Annuity Institution Hereditas now holds 10.02% of Aktia plc's stocks and 10.26% of voting rights.


Veritas Mutual Pensionfund Company informed on December 23, 2009 that following a share transaction on December 22, 2009 its holdings had risen above 1/10 of Aktia Plc's voting rights. The company holds a total of 46,985,409 Aktia voting rights which equals to 10.5 per cent of Aktia Plc's total voting rights. Of Aktia Plc's total stocks Pension Insurance Company Veritas now holds 6,431,866 or 9.60 per cent.
