Service Maintenance Outage from 12 September at 10 p.m. to 13 September at 10 a.m.

Our services will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance starting at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, 12 September 2026, and ending at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, 13 September 2026. The outage will have a broad impact on the services provided by Aktia.

We recommend completing any banking activities requiring authentication, such as approving e-invoices, before the outage begins.

How the outage affects our services

• Aktia cards: Cash withdrawals and in-store purchases with Aktia Credit cards will function normally during the outage. Aktia Debit cards will also function largely as normal, although occasional interruptions may occur. Online purchases cannot be made with Aktia Credit or Debit cards during the outage.
• Finnair cards: Finnair Visa Credit and Finnair Visa Credit Light cards will function normally both in stores and for online purchases. The Finnair Visa app will also operate normally.
• Digital services: Aktia Online Banking, the Aktia Mobile App and the Aktia ID authentication app will be unavailable during the outage.
• Authentication to public services (such as Kela, MyKanta and the Finnish Tax Administration) and other services requiring strong electronic identification will not be available using Aktia ID, online banking credentials or SMS confirmation.
• Incoming and outgoing SEPA Instant Payments will not be processed during the outage.

Impacts on corporate customers

The following services will be unavailable during the outage:

• Aktia Corporate Online Banking
• Web Services connectivity channel, including connections to financial management software
• PSD2 interface, including connections to financial management software and online payments
• Aktia online payment
• Aktia ID authentication app
• Incoming and outgoing SEPA Instant Payments
• Self-service forms on Oma yritysasiakkuus page that require strong authentication
• Authentication to public sector services (such as Kela and the Finnish Tax Administration) and other services requiring strong electronic identification using Aktia ID or Aktia online banking credentials

The following services will be available with limitations or may experience disruptions:

• Purchases and cash withdrawals made with an Aktia Business Debit Card will generally function normally, but short interruptions may occur. If the card is connected to a third-party service (such as MobilePay), occasional disruptions may also occur in that service. Online card payments will not be available during the outage.
• If your company serves consumer customers, please note that Aktia customers may experience temporary disruptions when making Debit card payments during the outage, and online purchases with Aktia cards will not be possible
